REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At CapsiFem, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the process.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, with the safety seal intact.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Hygiene: Due to the nature of our products (topical relief gel), we cannot accept returns of tubes that have been opened, used, or had their safety seal tampered with, for health and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (processed via PayU). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at capsigroup@gmail.com. Please include:

A clear photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at capsigroup@gmail.com.
