Thank you for choosing CapsiFem. We are committed to delivering your menstrual relief products in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer several shipping options to ensure you get your relief when you need it:

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

3. TSA & Travel Friendly

Our 1.06 oz (30ml) gel tubes are fully compliant with TSA 3-1-1 liquids rules. This means you can safely carry CapsiFem in your carry-on luggage through airport security without any issues.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers cannot deliver to your P.O. Box, we will contact you to request an alternative physical address.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working hard to bring CapsiFem to more countries soon. Stay tuned to our newsletter for international launch updates.
